User Data Deletion Request

In compliance with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure), CCPA §1798.105 (Right to Delete), and Meta Platform policies, AdRow provides users with the ability to request the deletion of their personal data associated with their use of our platform. Strion Inc. is committed to processing all deletion requests promptly and transparently.

What Data We Store

When you use AdRow with your Meta (Facebook) account, we may store:

  • Your name and email address from your Meta profile
  • Meta advertising account IDs and names
  • Campaign, ad set, and ad performance data (impressions, clicks, spend, etc.)
  • Fan page and pixel information
  • Creative assets uploaded to the platform
  • AI chat conversations and generated content
  • Analytics data collected through cookies (if accepted)
  • Billing and transaction records

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data in three ways:

What Happens After Deletion

Upon receiving a valid data deletion request, we will:

  • Delete your account and personal information from our systems
  • Remove all stored advertising data associated with your account
  • Delete any creative assets you uploaded
  • Delete AI chat history and generated content
  • Revoke all active authentication tokens
  • Remove your data from active database backups within 90 days

Meta Data Deletion Callback

When you remove AdRow through your Facebook settings, Meta sends a data deletion callback to our servers. Upon receiving this callback, we automatically initiate the data deletion process as described above. You do not need to take any additional action. The callback is processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Data Retention Exceptions

We may retain certain data after a deletion request in the following cases:

  • Billing and transaction records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax law
  • Fraud investigation data: Retained if your account is under active investigation
  • Legal hold data: Retained if required by ongoing legal proceedings or regulatory requests
  • Aggregated, anonymized data: May be retained indefinitely as it cannot identify you
