Day 1-2

Application

Submit your application. No cover letter needed — just your CV/LinkedIn and a short note on why this mission excites you. We review every application within 48 hours.

Day 3-5

Conversation

A 45-minute video call with the hiring lead. No gotcha questions. We'll talk about your experience, what you want to build, and whether this is a mutual fit.

Day 7-10

Paid Challenge

A real-world challenge related to the role. Maximum 4 hours. We pay $1,000 for your time — regardless of the outcome. We review submissions live with you.

Day 14

Offer

If it's a match, we'll send a written offer within 48 hours of the challenge review. Competitive salary, equity, and all the details upfront.

A note on AI

We encourage you to use AI tools during the challenge — we do too. We evaluate your judgment, not your ability to code without assistance. What matters is the result, your reasoning, and how you'd improve it.
