Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules and guidelines that govern your use of the Adrow software-as-a-service platform, including all related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Strion Inc. ("Adrow", "we", "us", or "our"). This Policy is designed to protect the integrity, security, and reliability of our Service and to ensure it is used in a safe and responsible manner. This Policy applies to all individuals and entities who access or use the Service ("Users", "you", or "your"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy. This Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited Content
You are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, displaying, or promoting any advertisements or other content that falls into the following categories. We reserve the sole right to determine what constitutes Prohibited Content. Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to, content that:
- Promotes or facilitates the sale or use of illegal products, services, or activities.
- Promotes or facilitates the sale or use of weapons, ammunition, or explosives.
- Contains adult content, including nudity, depictions of sexual acts, or sexually suggestive content.
- Is discriminatory or promotes discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Contains false, misleading, or deceptive claims, including deceptive advertising practices, scams, or misinformation.
- Promotes or sells counterfeit goods or goods that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Promotes or facilitates the sale or use of dangerous substances, including illegal drugs, recreational drugs, or tobacco products.
- Is sensational, shocking, or excessively violent, including graphic depictions of accidents, violence, or gore.
- Infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
- We otherwise deem to be harmful, abusive, or objectionable in our sole discretion.
3. Prohibited Activities
You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with your use of the Service. Engaging in these activities may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. Prohibited Activities include, but are not limited to:
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code or underlying structure of the Service.
- Abusing our Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) through excessive or malicious requests, or using them for any purpose other than their intended use.
- Engaging in data scraping, data mining, or any form of automated data collection from the Service without our express written consent.
- Attempting to circumvent or breach any security or authentication measures we have in place.
- Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or the accounts of other users.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of evading temporary or permanent bans, or otherwise violating our policies.
- Using the Service for surveillance purposes, including monitoring the activities of individuals without their knowledge and consent.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or the Service.
4. AI-Generated Content
The Service may include features that utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to generate content, such as ad copy or creative suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any and all content generated through your use of these AI features. Adrow provides these tools on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of the AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content to ensure it complies with this Policy and all applicable laws and platform terms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok). Adrow shall have no liability whatsoever for any damages, losses, or legal claims arising from your use of AI-generated content.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether the activities are undertaken by you, your employees, or a third party. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and for the duration of your use of the Service. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service, including any content you create or manage, complies with all applicable terms of service, advertising policies, and community standards of third-party platforms you integrate with, such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to enforce this Policy. We may, at any time and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason or for no reason, including for any violation of this Policy. We are under no obligation to provide you with a reason for our enforcement decisions. Our failure to enforce this Policy in any instance does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in other instances. We may take any legal and technical remedies to prevent the violation of this Policy.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, you are encouraged to report it to us at info@adrow.ai. We may, but are not obligated to, investigate any reported violations and take any action we deem appropriate. We are not required to respond to any report or inquiry regarding a potential violation.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website or by providing other notice to you. The revised Policy will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically for any updates.
